Window Rattle on Convertable 2013 335is

Hey any of you fellow vert owners have a window rattle when hitting a minor bump? Passenger side does not do it but my drivers side does, almost sounds like glass on metal and I don't see any rubber missing or gasket material gone. Any suggestions?

It is very likely not the glass, but a sympathetic vibration from the top. I've been having top rattling issues with my E93. Every time I hit a good sized bump, the thing rattles. Sometimes it sounds like a loose window motor, sometimes the window itself. Its probably the latching mechanism where the 2 pieces of the roof lock together.

I've yet to encounter a very that doesn't rattle in some way.

Boy I hope not. I have not yet gotten the chance to dig into the suggestions offered, but I will work on that this weekend.

Thanks for all the ideas to look at.

Regards

I have the same thing. Drivers side. I put some coil overs on and going to check and make sure its not the suspension in the next few weeks. BMW wouldn't touch it since I modified the suspension to Stiffer!! I put Ohlins on, there just better....

Well I tried the putting up the rear windows first and fronts afterward and that seems to do the trick, it does not matter if I do the fronts or the rears first, as long as I let them seat one set first the I am guessing the second set have some place to fit into and seat.

Thanks for the ideas guys.
