Local Tuner (Suspension / Coding)
Has anyone used a local shop to install springs/coil overs on their M4 or coding performed?
I have called several reputable shops in Seattle, but no one has touched an M4 yet. Thanks in advance. |

Coding, contact BIM Coding. For Suspension I had Group2, Cantrell, and I.S. Garage worked on my cars. I took my car once to Cohesive Garage. All great places.

I used Omni in Kirkland because, well, they are the ones that would do the alignment anyway. I bought my springs (HR SS) on sale at Turner. The install and alignment took all day and was $830ish (I forgot exactly but was +/- $30). That, imho was really expense comparatively although I have done all my installs for the last decade so I only have 1990's references for prices. I called Cantrel and others... all were a bit more or even considerably more.
You might also try Achtuning but I haven't used them and didn't know they existed at the time.

That is really nice of you. I would come for the meet and greet but in all honesty I find the drive to the Eastside disagreeable from Seattle.
However once I am on those pristine roads I don't want to stop driving! I was referred to this "BIMBMW" for coding and I must say the person is extremely responsive . . . Thanks to all you M4 enthusiast for your input. |

Peter got his balls back, and maybe I can learn to love the mdm mode enough now to use it. Let me know when you're around, I'll be all over the hoods later tonight.

I used Strictly BMW in Bellvue for the mods to my E90. Taylor specifically. I'd be shocked if they haven't done an M4 yet.

I recommend Noah at Cohesive Garage. He has been working on my M4 and is a very meticulous mechanic who treats every job with great attention to detail.
If you need help coding, I'll be happy to help. |
