Euro Delivery Canada
hi Guys/Gals, i really cant find much info about this subject and i was wondering if anyone had any updated information about doing a Euro delivery? what are the perks? i know the US get something like 7% off, i heard Canada does not give any discount... if this is the case then is the ONLY advantage of doing this to have a car to drive around in europe and getting a chance to visit the factory?

I did it in May 2014 and it was a great experience that I hope to be able to do again. Need to be careful where you drop the car. Anywhere besides Munich and there is a $800 surcharge. If you are to drive, it would make a lot of sense to drive your own car. More fun and less expensive. Won't be able to beat it too much as it has no milleage on it.

my understanding when I spoke to the BMW guy during the ED was that other countries, even in Europe were getting a discount. They delivr around 20,000 ED cars a year.
The US get a deal because, as I understadn it, it is as if they were importing a used car, so one of the taxes does not apply. Might be wrong. |
