Cobb accessport question

So I recently purchased the cobb access port v3 and love it.
After installing the tune and test driving it fairly aggressively to see how it performed I noticed that once my turbos spooled to around the low teens it seemed like the wastegate started dumping and cut off the turbos. Now me not being the turbo expert wanted to make sure this was normal and if there was a way to change the limit on the wastegate if that's even the issue.

Please forgive my noobness

I'm a little confused by your question. You stated you were driving "fairly aggressively" and described the wastegate dumping as the turbos spooled in the 1200-1400 rpm range? Is it the performance or sound of your wastegate you're concerned about? Is this something you didn't experience or hear stock? I would think that anything that cuts off your turbos would be "bad." Maybe just a little clarification.

It's like the turbos start fluttering at 12-14 psi (not rpm) and no I've never experienced this during stock.

it does throw codes and I don't really lose power I just lose boost. which is why I feel like the wastegate starts dumping
