Bluetooth issue

Posted this on bimmerfest with no luck so let's try here

I know there are lots of Bluetooth issue threads but I can't find one similar to my issue

Just got my car back from the dealer today... They replaced the obd connector clip and the 16 pins that hold the wires and connector to the car (they broke it a coupe months ago when they were diagnosing something)

Don't know if this has anything to do with the repair but when my phone tries to make a call, it doesn't go through. My music works, my phone book works, I can attempt to make calls. But when I click to call, it says it's calling but there's no ring. Also, when I have an incoming call, the phone will ring and my car will ring and go through to my idrive, but when i answer i can't hear anyone and no one can hear me

I already tried to disconnect my device from the car and reconnect it

Everything was working fine prior to my car going to the dealership

I would take it back there and tell them, it didn't work right after you left the dealership for this repair.
Already get them to diagnose it with a BMW diagnostic code reader.
Bluetooth errors will also show up.

I had something similar one time. Had to completely delete all the settings on both phone and car and start the whole thing completely over.... just not disconnect and then connect.

I did have a friend who had an issue and it started after he updated the phone software.
