CPO and Injectors while FBO

Updated, Post 13.

Would like some quick advice. I am FBO and i am under CPO warranty for another 2 months.

-Last 3-4 COLD starts i am misfiring in cylinders 1, 2, 3. Codes P0301, PO303, PO300, P29CD, P29CF....Once warm, car runs fine. 99% sure i have leaky injectors.

*Edit* Coils were all replaced 5k miles ago, plugs about 14k ago.

I know taking anything in to the dealer with mods is obviously going to risky, but i have no choice. My stock CP blew this past week, and the rest of my stock parts are all back at home in PA.

Any of you have experience with getting your Injectors replaced under CPO warranty with mods? I obviously do not want to pay out of pocket for this. Is it safe to keep, restarting the car like this everyday until i can get to a dealer?

I might be reverting everything back to stock at this point to warranty my turbos as well, but my FMIC and exhuast will stay on.

I wouldnt risk losing CPO for having mods on, have you tried changing the coils? Mine was doing that when I first put my tune on. Replacing coils fixed the issue for me

I edited my post, forgot to mention that i replaced all my coils recently. And the fact that the car runs fine after it is warmed def points to the fact that my injectors leak when my car sits. Longer it sits, the longer it takes me to restart my car several times until all that gas is burned off.

My CPO expires 10/2015. I would talk to the SA first before i get any work done.

you only have two months left anyway, just try it and see what they say. inbox me how many miles you have and the last 7 of your vin. i'll check to see if you're on the original injectors or when they were last changed.

Oh then ya def get it done under CPO, I just recently got all 6 of mine swapped out to the index 12 and the car is so much smoother

I also had my turbos replaced while FBO under the recall (just depends on the SA and tech)

Yeah, Fml. My turbos are on the way out as well. I was going to revert back to stock to get my turbos warrantied once they got worse, BUT since my injectors are going bad. Hopefully i can do everything at once.

Thing is, I just moved here and dont know any of the dealerships and would be going in cold to speak with an SA...

maybe ask a buddy to swap parts for abit...i know its a lot of work but still lot cheaper then losing cpo and paying out of pocket. Dealers love using any kind of mod to get out of using warranty and making you pay out of pocket.

While some dealerships are mod friendly, most will not replace your turbos (for wastegate failure) if you leave on your aftermarket exhaust.

Well 1 week later. Not misfiring on cold starts anymore. Stumbles a tiny bit.

**I was running e85 blend, way less than e30 on a non e85 map just to correct some timing issues. Ethanol a problem with clogging?

**Update

Went to Ralleye BMW. Had injectors/plugs and one turbo replaced under CPO and Turbo Warranty.
-Replaced only my rear turbo.
-Injectors were all faulty and all replaced, plugs in conjuction replaced as well, coils and plugs were aftermarket (Non-bmw branded), but they didn't mention one thing

Absolutely no rattle, car runs fine again for the first 20 miles lol, will give it a few hundred miles before i throw my dps back on and a new tune (MHD most likely) or JB4 w/ Backend.

Is it usual for the dealer to replace only 1 turbo?
