06 330i stalling
New to the forums here hoping someone might be able to provide a little insight. Over the course of this past weekend my car(06 330i, AT with 116k) stalled on on three different occasions as I was slowing down. One time it happened as I was entering a parking spot, another when I was slowing down for a traffic light and the last time when I was backing out of my garage and slowed to put the car into "Drive". When this happens the dash lights up like an X-mas tree. If I attempt to restart the car immediately it will start but its in "limp mode" so I need to remove the key then restart and things are fine. There is no check engine light on afterwards so I am not sure really what can be diagnosed. I was able to get to work today without any stalling issues but I did have issues starting this morning where it cranked for a while without starting then after I took out key and tried again it fired right up. Thanks for any help you might be able to offer

Did you get the codes read from autozone or an OBD II scanner? Could be anything. Vaccum leak, bad coil, bad tmap sensor to name a few.

Would there be, for lack of better word "pending" codes stored? Once I restart it there is no check/service engine light on so that led me to believe there was not an active fault code

Stored codes will only be readable through a bmw specific reader. I'd recommend carly for bmw or the BT cable.

Yeah need to read codes before anything. Good idea to will be to check escentric shaft sensor for oil inside connector. Easy to check. Search on this. Keep us posted. Good luck.
