N57diesel fault code P14A6 help please?
2008 Sedan/saloon. N57 engine, 2 litre. 89k miles. Has been well serviced. Had code P3264 followed by P14A6. Replaced MAF and cleaned EGR and checked for leaks. Have looked at other threads but still unsure what to do?
When I switched off code (code reader) yellow warning engine light code switch it returns within 24 hours. I have driven the car for 30 miles at 3500rpm to clean the DPF? Even though it has had a few long trips of late. My gut feeling is that it is not a DPF problem ($600?) as the car drives well. All help will be appreciated, Cheers, John.United Kingdom. |
