m4 blue stock brakes direct swap to 328i?

hi,

i've been digging through the forum for a while but if someone knows and has actually did the swap please let me know.

I currently own a m4 and one of my buddies says he wants my blue stock caliper and says its exactly the same as the m performance brakes upgrades

The questions is ; is it a directly swap? just take everything off the m4 and bolt on to the 328i? [ caliper, rotor, lines ]

I like to confirm before actually taking it off while i upgrade to brembo gt.

thanks in advance

Eddie

I think i just solved my own problem.
The m4 f/r rotors can't fit on the 328 or 428. caliper should be ok.

Blue m4 front calipers will fit with f30 370mm rotors

The caliper is closer to the wheel than the rotor. So actually the wheel need free space, not to scratch on the caliper.

The F8x and F3x use different carriers (item #2):

The F8x calipers will fit the F3x (they are the same) but the F3x shorter carrier will not clear the bigger F8x rotors by 5mm or so. And that is assuming that the rotor hat offset between rotors remain the same.
