Did some search and not so much on direct comparison on the softness/stiffness between the 2. Anyone has experience to share?

I wanted to have a mild drop but i am actually looking for something softer. Is there such a thing out there in the market. I find my m sport suspension and oem 19 combo a bit too stiff on rough roads.

OP, the HR suspension should be stiffer... It also lowers the amount of travel on shocks. So it could bottom out, that's why some people buy bump stops.

(I have Msport suspension and I want the H&R) lol

Not 400m rims but still 18" wheels on a 328i with h&r sport if it helps. This is the only photo I have on my phone at the moment but I can take better pics later if needed.
