Jb4 map 2 with ER catless downpipe

How many of you are running this setup on your n20 328i..???..I've been running the jb4 on map 1 and it really woke up the car I just ordered the ER catless downpipe...can't wait to install it and running map 2....just wanting some feedback on guys that are running this setup etc...any issues..??...really feel the differnace ..??...thanx in advance.

I have lots of customers running this setup. Just make sure you fill with 93 octane and you should have a blast. Great bump in performance with map2 and the exhaust sound will heavenly

Oh yeah I only run 93 octane...what would happen if you were somewhere that didn't have 93 and you had to use 91..???...

If you don't have 93 octane then stay with Map 1.

A local guy @ Union grove recently ran his '14 328 at the drag strip ran 12.64@109.5 mph using jb4, er cat less dp, bms intake, 40% e85 on I believe he said map 2!!! I wouldn't have believed it, until I saw the multiple time slips

Texas Motorplex - Ennis, TX
JB4 Stage 2, Map2, 93 octane.... full tank of gas lol and like 90 degrees outside

Left BMW 135 with FBO and I was on the right, car 138.

13.7 @ 100mph it wasn't definitely my best run.

Since then ... only added, Sport+ and Launch control via coding
heading out today to an 1/8th mile track in Kennedale. Looking to put in 104 and use map 7

can map 2 be used if u dont have downpipes but u do have 93 octane.

map5 is weaker than map1 for 328i

Not so sure about that. Map 1 is the basic tune for a 328 with nothing else done isn't it? He made some runs in map 2 & 7 with the best 3 coming in map 5 read the mods I said he had posted...all were in he mid 12:60's @ mid to high 109's for mph lookin at the time slips as I type this

peak boost map 5 is 17 psi, he must have over boosted like my friends car it reached 22 psi stronger than map 2. tell me again why is it that hard to post a picture

I did screen shot it but it's not letting me paste it don't know why...so I posted a link to the pics. And I think you're right, probably either over boosting or real lean on the a/f ratio. Either way he's pushing it. Berger doesn't Recome d it at all. There site says the fuel system won't keep up. And I people inquire about it, the respond by protecting themselves saying they can't recommend any map other than # 2

But damn the car sure did fly!!! Lol
