MHD e40 Datalogs - Stock Fuel
Whats up guys. Just wanted to get these logs up to see what you guys think about the way the tune is running on the car - (this is a FBO 135i) My friend is looking to get a custom e40 tune through wedge..
take a look at the logs, let me know if there is any adjustments we can make on our end and how to go about getting a more refined tune for this particular car. Thank you! http://www.datazap.me/u/skiz135i/log...ata=4-14-15-25 http://www.datazap.me/u/skiz135i/log...og=0&data=4-25 The clutch is slipping in the 2nd log. idk if that makes any difference but figured its worth mentioning.

First, they are called canned maps for a reason, and second, the logs you posted were version 4. There are beta version 5 maps already released.

Okay... I wasn't complaining at all about these maps and I know that they are canned maps.. What doesn't make sense to me is why it's just assumed that the differences between version 4 and 5 beta are common knowledge because I truly do not know. I have read countless posts on MHD but there are still some grey areas that I wanted to better understand.. I just posted the logs to get some feedback from someone who can read them and know if the car is running well or not and why. I'm very new to this type of advanced tuning and don't know enough about it.. That's why I'm asking.

It is really hard to say because you accelerate progressively, and start in second which is too short to analyze.
Make logs in 3rd, from 2k to 6k rpm and shift to 4th gear and hold at least 3s. |
