Whilst I will never purchase a car again from Momentum SW (long story and one that is not too uncommon for this dealership in recent years), I have a long standing relationship with Shef at the service center and he has been consistently really good to me over the last 15 years. But imo it takes something like this to recommend a center over another - there are so many variables that usually the personal relationship is what makes the difference.

I use BMW West, but after my last experience with their service department would never recommend them.

My last experience at Midtown sucked. Went in for a 7am oil change. I made a 'Will wait for car" appointment.

At 10.30 i asked where my car was. They said they were working on it and it would be done soon. After asking again at 11am and 11.15 i finally got my car at 11.40.

The funny thing is the dash camera showed they didnt even pull my car into the garage until AFTER i asked at 10.30 where my car was.

Idiots.

I use West as well; what happened in your experience?

I just got my 1200 mile service done with Shef, he was great. He's a straight shooter, knows what he's doing, and was easy to reach via email. Thanks for the recommendation!

I want to be selfish and keep her to myself but Katherine Dooling at BMW of The Woodlands was amazing today.

It was a last minute appointment so I couldn't get a loaner but she offered to give me a ride to the mall if I didn't want to wait at the dealership. She kept in constant communication of how far along the car was while it was in service, checked in to make sure I was doing ok or if I needed anything, and made every effort to get me in and out as soon as possible. She's been doing this for a while and after talking to her and listening to her advice, I could definitely tell she's focused on customer service and their ownership experience bc she was brutally honest about where the best value was in long term warranty and maintenance plans.

Sorry for rambling, I was just smitten by her. Did I mention how charmingly gorgeous she was?

She was beautiful when I saw her while she was at work.
She probably looks even better dressed up for a night out on the town without having to be in more conservative and business professional attire.

Such a pessimistic assumption, but thanks for your good fellowship and grammatical critique. You were very funny in that post, so we can all assume you won't ever be as funny anymore.

...sorry, couldn't resist. Meant it as a harmless joke. Didn't mean to offend you. I truly am not that funny, you're right. I think I just peaked.

Would prefer to do it myself if the warranty wouldn't be voided....
Had a terrible experiences....they over torqued my wheel nuts up to 500ft/lbs!!!!....and it happend already three times. After forwarding my complaint the only thing they said they will look into this. Maybe I should give those mechanics some training how to use a torque wrench and they should not use their air impact hammer wrench on high performance cars!!

And after your cam caught one of their techs driving your car the way he did there's no way in hell I would ever go there. That video and post was the exact reason I went to a different dealer for service (BMW West in Katy).

Service in Houston

Need to schedule my 1200 Mile Break in service anybody have recent great experiences or recommended service advisors/dealerships in Houston or any ones to avoid!!!! I've previously had good experiences at BMW North but it's been about a year since I took my old BMW up there. Any info on service would be appreciated.

BMW Woodlands

I purchased my 2015 M4 from BMW Woodlands and have used their service department for regular maintenance follow ups without any issues.

And as was mentioned further up, Katherine Dooling is both an excellent Service Advisor and very easy on the eyes (to put it mildly)...
