Wheel size question

So I have a 09 335xi and running h&r coilovers. curious how the fitment will work with this setup.

19X9.5 ET20 with 225/35

19X10.5 ET22 with 255/30

or how good will a 19X11 ET25 with 255/30

thanks guys. pretty sure thats the setup I'm going with but just making sure
