Will it turn automatically to adjust itself to fit in the spot? I honestly can't see many people using this feature. Seems easier to head straight in, even if you have the squeeze out of the car.

Possibly the coolest/most useless new tech I've seen in a long time.

I'd love to have it though, for the show-off value alone!

It's good for tight parking spaces, or if you don't have enough space in your garage to open the door comfortably.

By the sounds is that the diesel version?? Lol... I wonder how far can it go then it will be pretty cool, I mean if you can have it come to you from half way down the street that would be pretty awesome, tho I don't get the whole tight spaces thing.. Guessing if you can afford one you can afford valet parking or a big enough garage:

If you pull into a tight parking space, then the person next to you will hit your car when opening their car. I guess it's more ideal for your garage

It is a 730d, so yes it is diesel.

That's cool, but what the hell is this engine sound!?

It does not go with the coolness of the feature!

By the way, I'm I the only one who's suffering from Bimmerpost App on iOS after the last update? It horrible

This won't be available in the US correct?
Also, I presume this means the vehicle will have remote start as well if it pulls itself out of parking spots too. Will that be available in the US even if not the whole drive by remote feature

Yes but can you start it from the key when it's in its narrow bay or garage to then bring it out. Pointless demonstration.
