How much is my old brake system worth?

Just upgraded to the M performance brake kit for my 335 xdrive and the dealership gave me back the oem brake system. Just wanted to know how much is it worth?

All 4 calipers, pads, and rotors. I was thinking $500 but not sure if that is too high or not.

well, who could be buying that? I don't see a market for it. The F3x Series is not that old yet and calipers usually hold for long. Even more, you can't store them for too long, they start to rust if no brake fluid can circulate inside.
500$ is sure fair enough even for rotors and pads, if you find someone.

I kept mine. Probably I'll try to sell pads and rotors without the calipers. Sure those parts are now to be changed in more and more driven F3x. But the calipers?

I've thought about getting some 335 brakes for my 328, and $400-$500 seems reasonable. I'm waiting for mine to need a pad change, however.

So that answers the question of who would be in the market for your brakes. Advertise accordingly. Try putting them up in that range and adjust if you don't get any bites.

Ended up selling them for 325 for a forum member here. He is in Northern PA so shipping is luckily only about 55 bucks.
