Very interested in hearing from fellow forum members who installed AP Racing brake kits, 6 piston front, 4 piston rear, J hook rotors.

Just out of curiosity, why not the M-Performance option?
Larger rotor at 370mm. More swept area. A lot less money.

BMW M Performance front brake calipers have 4 pistons; rear calipers have 2 pistons.

Are you sure it's 370 not 340mm?

You're right. I searched for them after reading this post. 335i came with 370mm and my 328i came with 340mm haha. I'm going to get OE replacement 370mm as my next mod with new pads.

335i comes with standard 370mm rotors, correct? And then there's another 370mm set that's the M performance set?

Gray/unfinished are 340mm. (Some early blue weren't M-Performance and 340mm)
Blue are factory installed and 370mm
Red, yellow and orange are POE and the same as the blue.

The Red, yellow and orange get dimpled and slotted rotors but the factory installed option gets plain rotors. All are two piece with aluminum hats.
