Nope, but got my 335d remapped.
Changed IC, cleared out DPF. Used a Racechip ultimate for my F30 335D 2015 in the begining. Then had the ECU remapped by Pros (in Sweden): Times with Racechip Ultimate: 80 - 120 km/h: 3.6 Sec 100 - 150 km/h: 5.8 Sec Stage 2 Optimized: 80 - 120 km/h: 2.8 Sec 100 - 150 km/h: 4.4 Sec I would go for a ECU re-map, everyday of the week. |

Bloody hell those are impressively different times, I'd be interested if anyone has suggestions in the UK which would be best to go for a proper ECU remap, my only worry is warranties

Quite simply : If you're worried about warranty, then don't get it done.
If you get an engine failure and if they can reasonably point to the chip/remap as being the cause of the failure, then BMW can tell you to get stuffed. That would also include the gearbox (putting more torque through it than it was designed to deal with), and turbo, intercooler, driveshafts, etc. |

Not to mention the benefit gained from the PPK for the price (unless I am missing something?) Is to be blunt - piss poor especially compared to the gains from remapping

Seems the PPK on the 30d engine gives pretty much as much as the 30d engine will give, so not sure where you are going with this? Yes it may cost more than a re-map, but it is the only fully warrantied solution. You won't get remapped 335d power out of the 30d, not even close.
