Thumbs up i.g. Burton Imports - Milford, DE

I recently purchased my E90 from this dealer, and this was by far the most enjoyable car purchase I have ever made (and I've made a lot). If you are in this area, I highly recommend i.g. Burton.
Ask for Stephanie Antone - she is the greatest!

Update:

As some may have read on this forum, my car was wrecked when it was 5 days old. My CA (Stephanie Antone @ i.g. Burton) helped me find the body shop - actually rode down there with me and talked to them since they are a BMW shop, was very supportive and helpful through the ordeal, as was everyone at Burton. The service department has been fantastic as well.

We have ordered another new BMW from i.g. Burton, and expect it in October. I can't recommend this dealer enough!

I also purchased my 330i from IG Burton BMW in Milford, DE. and have been very happy with the car, customer service, and the professionalism of this dealership. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the relative area. Best of Luck.

I used to have a high opinion of IG Burton until they refused to accomplish the trim change from wood to aluminum in my car. They would have been paid for the job by the dealer that ordered the car for me overseas, but they won't even consider it.

Additionally, they put thousands of little scratches in my paint. If this is their idea of prepping a car I could certainly do without it. Now I am going to have to spend hours getting the paint back to where it was prior to them killing it.

Finally, they put a sticker on my car! The nerve. They didn't sell it to me, and won't do the service I want. What a load of crap.

On a positive note, the salesperson whose first name is Curt is highly knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He gave me a great short tutorial on i-Drive.

c5driver951 - welcome! Sorry to hear that Burton isn't doing right by you. They are funny when it comes to service (and let's face it, anyone can SELL you a car...). I have a standing order for them not to wash either car when serviced. They washed my white car once and I also noticed tons of swirl scratches. I'm sure they use filthy rags...

Kurt is a good guy. I bought both my cars from Stephanie, who is in my mind the best ever.

One of my neighbors is a C5 jockey, but he is currently deployed. I grew up an AF brat, so even though I'm used to aircraft overhead I'm still amazed when I sit on my deck and watch you guys do manuvers.

Cheers!

Good call on not letting them wash the car. The more I look at the paint the more disappointed I am. Their attention to detail is not good.

I actually saw your wife driving by the other day thinking I know I've seen that car somewhere before...

Who's your neighbor? PM me if you don't want to put his name on the board. Needless to say, it's a small community.

Purchased my third BMW from IG Burton in March. Quality of service is still excellent!
