Transport blocks left in by dealer!!

I've just been helping out Kav79 in this thread and he's just found that his dealer left the suspension transport blocks in!!

No I don't think you do, you noticed it was higher than your last one!

Dealers are the only ones that look bad here and should be embarrassed!

Easily done my friend, perhaps drop the car and a set of ACS springs at the dealer and ask for them to fit FOC as compo

Because the Pre Delivey Inspection is probably about as thorough as the Approved Used Car check - a wash and vacuum. Now on my 6th BMW from 6 different dealers, it is pretty clear that quality control is left up to the buyer.

I'd be asking for some M Performance parts fitted free of charge, an M car for the weekend and the dealer principles' wife for one night

I think maybe keep your cool and see what you can get out of them as compensation to prevent you from complaining to BMW UK.
