I did it on our M-Sport. Did not need to remove the wheels. Some drilling required. A couple of the "rivets" were a PITA.

I managed to get the rear mud guards installed on my M-sport. The fit was very acceptable, and they were very easy to install.
But for the front, I found the fit was less than perfect, and the rivet holes did not line up as perfectly as I wanted -- so I returned them. Happy with just the rears. |

If you know/have a good Dealer ask them for a Copy of the Instructions. 1 drilling required each front side. |

Mud Flaps
I just installed a set of mud flap on my x-line X1. Brought the mud flaps directly from the dealership. I believe it will be a better fit than after-market flaps. Rear flaps was straight-forward bolted onto the exist body holes with only need to drill one hole. Front flap was little tricky as the flap's lower rear mount hole did not align up. I found it easier to mount the lower plastic bolt in the bottom panel first before fold the flap onto the fender well to mount the rest of the holes. Front flap requires drilling two small holes. I had to crank the front wheel to one side to allow enough clearance room for the wrench on the inner screw.
