lowering springs

Are there any lowering springs for the 1M which lowers it more than just the h&r sport springs ?Mz friend had on his 135i h&r Super sports and that looks perfect but there are none for the 1M.

Dont KW make an adjustable spring kit? I'd probably suggests you go a full decent coilover kit though Springs have never worked out well for me with any car.
