M4 convertible extended storage - retro fit

So, I take delivery of an ex demonstrator M4 convertible at the weekend. It's got a great spec but no through load/extended storage Golf clubs on the rear seat when I have the roof down isn't a good look so I was wondering whether anyone knew whether the retro fit (obviously available in the US) is also available in the UK?

yup, it's just the parts to order - I don't have time to find the thread now, but there's one out there with the part numbers

Yes thanks - I've got the part numbers from the other thread. My problem is that the UK based dealer insists it can't be done (hence my question.)

ah, meaning you want the dealer to do it? There's at least 2 people that have done it themselves without much trouble, and one was in the UK so it can be done - i believe the uk dude is on the other forum

Id be interested to know this as well as creates space for a sub.

I'll do the install myself - seen a convertible rear stripped out and looks easy enough

I'm not really a DIYer so will have a look when I get the car. It seems that the BMW dealers carried out the work in the USA so I can't see any reason why they can't do it in the UK.
