I have a real soft spot for these X5M..

I know 2.3t M car is silly and rubs a lot of people up the wrong way, but if I could I'd love to smash around in one as daily if money was no object.

Photos shamelessly nicked from the X5M bimmer forum, anyone else got a guilty secret.

Yup had a look at pricing one out and it's quite the beast. Love the optional seats too.

I'm sure driven properly it's a real world 10mpg avg car too!

The looks really lift the X5 too, do it all car for sure.

Have this one down the road - lovely. Would still need Disco to do proper 4x4 work

If I was buying a practical SUV it would be a Diesel, and if I was buying a large M car it would be an M5 or M6, so the X5/6M is not for me.

Thought I would give that a go just because..... I was sensible with my option choices.... A smidge over £105k.

Look great and a fantastic concept but in reality seriously heavy on both fuel and depreciation make them a rich boys toy. As above the only way for an X5 is diesel.

The best thing about that pic above is the colour as the colour choices on the standard X5s is dire.

We had one in a little while ago for a 700hp remap, full Akrapovic exhaust and 22" split rims. Car ran mid 12s at the Pod all day long.
