Consider yourself lucky, I have to drive 950 miles every year for the privilege of staying with them for 4/5 days every Christmas. On the plus side they don't speak English!

Mine are round here about 4 times a week and do a lot of child minding for us plus we get as much free use of their villas in Spain as we want.
Still irritating though but they have their uses |

my in laws cant make a decision to save their life. everything is always last minute and my father in law likes to play puppet master and goes crazy if things dont go his way.
so i always end up getting screwed at the end, paying top dollar for booking last minute airline tickets to visit them....EVEN THOUGH we've had plans for them to come visit us for weeks. it happens all the friggin time. on top of it, my in-laws are divorced and their significant others are the worst people in the world. my in laws themselves are nice people to be with, but holy hell do i hate their significant others. right now i have my wifes siblings over. nice people, super fun. i cant keep up with their food intake though. thats my rant
