I assume you have the factory 340i rear brakes from the base/sport line, which is the single-piston caliper paired with a 330 mm rotor.

For your car's REAR brake, you have two very similar options:
-upgrade to M-Sport 2-piston Brembo brakes with 345 mm rotors
-upgrade to M Performance 2-piston Brembo brakes with 345 mm rotors

Only difference between the two is aesthetics and pads. M Sport pads are more aggressive than M Performance pads and give a bit more initial bite. M Performance and M-sport rear brake pads are also interchangeable FYI.
