i am getting my springs sometimes in feb. brand is uuc motorwerks. if i didnt have the uuc motorwerks springs, i'd difinetly go with h&r. what you should do is call f1 motorsport ask them if you were to get X amount of buyer, how low would they drop the price to?.

hartge lip is awesome...i would get it but they only have the front lip. i am looking for the whole kit. carbon fiber lip is not out yet, but i know a guy, he said he is getting the hamann lip in carbon fiber. not sure when its going to get here, but he is working on it.

i want carbon fiber lip too...

Long, never heard of UCC motowerks. Good stuff? I figure since i have the sport package, my shocks should work well with the h&R correct? I'm used to getting full coilovers, but too much $$$. hehe.

$350 installed is really cheap.

the cheapest i've seen for just an install is $250. add the price of the springs, and it's already past $500.

where is f1 motorsport located at?

$250 for install? That is just rape. F1 wants $150 for install, which is also damn high IMO.

they quoted me more like $450 for the springs/and intstall. They would not give me the $350 price.

That install is not as easy you may think. It will take a good shop with one guy working on your car 3-4 hours to complete it.

Man, I'd hate to see your reaction to a quote of $400 just for the spring install. Another $50 for the dampers...now that's crazyness!!

Maybe i'm just too used to Hondas which were cake. If you pay $400 for an install, you just have too much $$ to waste.

Yea, just about everything on my '99 Prelude was DIY!! Suspension, including swaybars, tie-bars & strutbars...only thing I couldn't do was port/polish the head, Portflow for that!

I miss those past DIY days, but nowadays, I'm more busy with family stuff.

Hahaha, I didn't know you know Alex!

My Prelude only had two sets of rims, BBS Rx's and Volk SE37K's.
Here are some pics of it before I sold it. My car is the white one. Sorry they are huge...and for taking this thread OT!!
