Dealer Recommendations for ED

Hi,

Little late to the M2 party, but was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a dealer to work for ED @ MSRP. Or better still a spot on a list they won't be needing. Not in a huge rush, but was hoping to do an ED before next winter. Am I dreaming? Thanks for any advice in advance.

3/4 dealers in my area were/are willing to do ED for an M2 at ED MSRP.

I have no affiliation to any of these:
BMW of Westlake: Puttri is my SA for my M2 deal. ED MSRP (I have this in writing). She is extremely nice.
Cleveland BMW: Ron Wesley is my contact. ED MSRP (verbal)
Classic BMW: Ian Burrows is my contact. ED MSRP (verbal)
Dave Walter: Wants US MSRP for ED on M2s, M3s & M4s. No discount.

That's great. Not a lot of demand in Cleveland I guess. I put my deposit down last May.

I am totally guessing, but I think you shouldn't have trouble getting a car easily since they are a pretty big dealership that just moved into a new facility.

Think you can pretty much get the car from any dealer then have it delivered wherever you want. They may charge you a nominal prep fee at the dealer you take delivery from since they didn't sell you the car.

Unless you do PCD, you will have to pay freight charges to have it shipped from whatever dealer you bought it from. That's between you and the dealer though.

Not if the dealer reroutes the car to another dealership. (fee may apply from non-originating dealer, but not a new shipping cost. UNLESS, it is delivered to said dealer and then they ship it to you.

A little while back, a dealer near me was doing a "courtesy" delivery for another dealership with a M3 he bought elsewhere.

Last time I asked my dealer about this, which admittedly was a few years back, he told me a couple hundred to unpack it, prep it etc.

that seems reasonable since the aren't making money off the car but doing some work.

I'd pay a few Hundo. cheaper than a one way flight and cab ride to the dealer you purchased it from and then gas/time to get it home IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE TIME.

For what it's worth I also recently inquired about shopping a car from LA to Philadelphia. Was quoted under a grand for a covered carrier by the dealer I was working with.
