driver's side view mirror
I am trying to reduce the blind spot in my x1 following the "lean your head close to the window and adjust until you only see only a sliver of your car" technique.
My issue is that the driver's side mirror does not see to turn "out" enough to get rid of the blindspot. I do sit relatively far back in the car, but even if I move the seat all the way up I still feel like it is not turning out enough. Does anyone else have similar issues? Am i crazy? I would hate to put one of those stick-on mirrors on my car. |

I have a similar issue in my current car (still waiting for the X1) when I tried adjusting my mirrors this way. The driver's mirror stops moving out past a certain point and can't quite get as far as I'd like. Must be a limitation in the mechanical parts inside. I think I also tend to have my seat further back.
