340i M-Sport Brakes with Track Handling Package?
I've tried searching for this and keep getting lost in tons of conflicting info.
Question: Are the M-Sport brakes included in the Track Handling Package of the 340i the same as the regular brakes, just powdercoated blue? |

They are not the same, the rear goes from floating to 2-piston.

So my dilemma is that my order officially is getting processed on Monday, which I'm sure won't be changeable after that. I really wanted the 403M wheels (not available with the track package), but "thought" I wanted the M-Sport brakes more. Now I'm realizing that they are pretty much the same, so I might change my order...again.

I am also bummed that you don't get the fog-lights with the Track Handling package. |

No, you don't. Times between production status codes are very fluid with BMW. As an example, some cars may be produced two weeks earlier than expected; others, days or weeks later. These are extreme examples, but there is no hard-and-fast timeline between any of the production codes.
It may be too late. Or, you might have another week. |

FYI, some options are locked out from change once car hits 112.
And something else not mentioned above, the MSport brakes are more than a painted front caliper and 2 piston fixed rear caliper, they also have larger rotors.

If you can afford it, i absolutely recommend getting the track handling package.
Before i ordered my car, i test drove cars with and without and it was a world of difference. Without it, the suspension felt mushy to me, where as with it, i could feel more feedback and the car felt 1000 times better and more stable. Here is another thread to reference: http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1219023
