Hexon Autowerkes Turbos Arrived at Hills Eurohaus - RR700's are HERE!

Hi everyone.

First of all, I should introduce myself. Im Oscar. Me and Ozzy own Hills Eurohaus in Castle Hill. We are planning on being more active through the forums.

This is just a quick update on our recent Hexon order for the N54 models.

We have just taken delivery of our first lot of RR600's. We placed a stock order for 4x RR600 kits & 2x RR600 stage 2+(Now known as the RR700) kits.

I want to make it clear - We aren't doing a Group Buy. We always have, and always will have these in stock.

The kits were ordered in November 2015 and paid for by us. We have been in communication with Hexon over the past few months and are a firm believer in what they are offering and as one of their official Australian resellers we are putting together some great deals for our first lot.

Our kits are being sold as a supply & install only. We will not be selling the kits on their own - sorry. All kits will be fitted by us in our Castle Hill workshop - this is mainly for the warranty we are offering on the units.

We will not be having people option their orders in terms of ceramic coating etc. All kits WILL BE ceramic coated. All will be fitted using the OEM BMW fitting kit. All kits will include the modified discharge pipe, and a back end flash. Additional items such as T Map sensors etc will be on top of the pricing if required.

Current pricing Drive in Drive out will be $6500 inc GST with Tax Invoice supplied for the RR600's (prices subject to change). We anticipate the RR600 kits to take between 2 to 3 working days to fit. We dont like cars in our shop for extended periods of time. We like to get them in, sorted and out the door.

We are also in the process of sorting out an Interest Free Finance option which would be handy for alot of people.

Warranty will be 12 months unlimited kilometres as stated by Hexon for the turbos. We will always have a spare set on hand to cover for any warranty issues if they do arise.

The Stage 2+ (RR700s) will be fitted to our R&D vehicle first & we will be working closely with Wayne in order to have this kit sorted and iron out any issues along the way. We want to be 100% confident with the Stage 2+ set up before fitting them to customers cars.

We will put up a proper build thread of our 135i with all the updates as we go.

Please feel free to PM me or call us with any further questions regarding these kits or anything else.

Regards
Oscar

I did a brief calculation.

Price are in usd

Hexon charges $2350 for the RR600
Give or take $150 for Shipping
$250 installation kit.

Total of 2750USD = 3826AUD - $100 for oil?

$6500 - $3726 = $2774 for installation?

Thanks for your input. I was waiting for a response like this.

However, in your calculations you have not factored in the Ceramic Coating, the modified discharge pipe, return shipping of core turbos, then there's the GST, and the insurances etc involved in warranting these. So your calculations are a little off.

We are not in business to not make money. We are offering a product, a service and warranty on the units we supply.

Yep so am I

I really want to test them out on our 135i first and get a proper kit together including inlets etc and package it up as a complete upgrade.

As soon as its all together we will update our post. Our 700's should be in within the next fortnight hopefully.

awesome.

may be interested in the rr600 or rr700 from you guys.

What experience does your company have with these n54 engines. I have always had good experience with advan performance in Auburn. Also after the new hexon inlets.

Got a dyno?

Well, we are a team of 5. 2 of us are ex BMW factory trained technicians.

So we have had experience with the N54 from the day they came out here. We have our own 135i which we like to muck around with.

We are working on Inlets. The Hexon ones will be brought in, but we want to see what else we can do without the cost of TFT inlets.

When the RR700's are in, you are more than welcome to come around and we can take you for a run in our car.

Dyno - TBA. Installation of our Mainline AWD dyno was supposed to be end of Jan. Currently looking at having it in end of Feb.

Oscar knows the N54 all too well. They're only new to this forum but definitely not new to these cars. You can trust him.

Definitely will do.

I can't wait to drive it when its all done. Unfortunately being the workshop car, it gets pushed back a little, but me and the boys are aiming to burn the midnight oil and sort it out

Yes they are on the cards.

We are by no means limiting ourselves to the N54's.

Welcome to the forums boys, show us some pics of your 135i build

Just to clarify on your RR600 warranty, if a turbo was to fail within the 12 months would you guys incur the costs to remove and replace the faulty item and all fluids etc?

Do you guys plan on running and offering the hexon inlet kit?

Keen to see how the hexon inlet kit fares against the TFT, RB & VTT kits in terms of fitment performance
