Actual options for HEA and first production cars?

These are the only options offered so far. This coming directly from BMW themselves. Any thoughts on if this may change girl ether down the line?

My guess is we won't see changes until the LCI which I believe is model year 2018. When that happens I would guess we will see some color changes just to mix things up a bit. Who knows. I am really happy to see such a high level of standard equipment, I think the car is a tremendous value.

I agree wholeheartedly, but no moonroof? Damn. I will seriously miss the open sky, but if that's the price of admission, it's worth paying.

And of course no 'bespoke mirrors.' I can't sleep at night obsessing over that.

Yes it is. If you compare to the 1M, it would have taken about 55k to get the same equipment in the 51k base model M2. So basically 3-4k less than the 1M but with newer and better tech.
