N51/52 tank swap?

My son's 2011 328i died in flight last week. Towed it home and started reading and testing. Pump and module working but zero pressure at the rail. Pulled the tank lid off and found a disconnected line inside the tank thanks to one of those sh*tty Oetiker clamps. Popped it back on with a good hose clamp and she's back on the road.
I am wondering if anyone has retrofit the N52 tank and internals to the N51? The tank shape is the same. The pumps are different possibly requiring coding. Also, what is the deal with fuel pump control module "ended" in RealOem?

Was this the SULEV version car? I heard they have 2 tanks and on and on and are extremely costly. Was it a SULEV vehicle?

Sounds like a SULEV vehicle to me. I thought the warranty would have covered that.
