n55 JB4 G5 ISO?
Hey guys. I just ordered a JB4 G5, but I am tempted to do the diode modification and make it into an ISO. I've been reading threads that there are some problems associated with it. I tried to do a search to see if the are any fixes for the previous problem, but can't find a thing about it as the threads are from 2011/2012.
Any opinions? Thanks. |

Yes, cut the diode and go ISO. Latest firmware version is 5_9 if I remember correctly.

I had mine changed to ISO 5.9 recently, I've found 1st gear is now jolty, can't be sure if it's related or not, but it appeared after the change.
Maybe other people can chime in with their experiences. |
