2010 335xi 6MT Power Question

I want to hit roughly 340 - 360WHP in my car. Im very new to tuning and this is my first turbo car. Think this is possible with a JB4, E85 and intake? what numbers should i be expecting out of those mods? Also is a JB4 plus intake on map 5 enough to run 30% ethanol?
