2016 M235i unable to connect in ESys

I have a brand spanking new 2016 M235i, downloaded ESys,launcher,Psdzdata, watched several videos and guides but I'm getting the following error when I try to connect :
Open connection failed. [C028]
selectProgrammingTarget for Ethernet failed with MCDError
(53315) internal error - (28) could not parse Db project
[1692]

I've already made sure the launcher is set for F022 series, and in the connection dialog I'm choosing "..VehicleInfo=F020" and connection via VIN (My vin does show up).
I get the above error after attempting to connect.

Any ideas?

More info, I'm using the following :
E-Sys v.3.27.1
E-Sys Launcher Premium 2.5.3
v.58.0_PsdZData_Lite

Laptop is a fresh install of Windows 10, Windows Firewall is turned off completely.

Your thinking was correct, I got version 57.3 of PSDZDATA and I can happily say I have successfully connected and made my first coding change.

Do you have a link to the 57.3 of PSDZDATA. I just installed all the Esys software today and I am waiting on my ENET cable to arrive. I am currently running the same versions as you and also have a 2016 M235. Any help in advise is appreciated

Just noticed your post, you are going to want to go here http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=638188

to get the latest software. I'm not sure if it's ok to pass download links but if you ask in that thread you will probably get a PM in a surprisingly short amount of time...
