Mod-friendly dealers in MA?

Interested in positive (and negative) experiences with dealer service in MA. Considering a JB1 which is easy enough to remove, but would prefer supporting mod-friendly dealers if possible. Thanks!

BMW of Sudbury (I work there). They don't care if mods are installed..unless your engine blows up because of it lol mind you I say because of it. We have a diagnostic engineer who's tells us what's wrong and why it happened with certain cars that not even master techs can figure out.

Sweet, thanks. No issues with notating mods on work orders etc?

South Shore BMW is VERY mod friendly. We have employees that have years of experience with BMW race teams and top BMW tuners.

I do. I have purchased my last three BMW's through them and have placed an order for an M4. My previous M3 and 435i GC had some degree of a modification. No issues with obtaining service. Nor was it listed in BMW's system.

As noted above, there are several area BMW dealers who are mod friendly. Until they give me a reason to reconsider, I will be staying with Tulley.

Yeah, I have just stayed away from any dealer because I have a ESS kit on it. I go out of warranty in august so it's not that big of a deal.

Tulley refused to do a state inspection after I tinted the windows on my M4

Was it at a legal level (the tint)? I will say for state inspections, they have an issue with my lack of a front plate. The "fix" is to use Velcro. Once the car has been moved outside, the Velcro and plate are stored inside the car. Not so easy with a tinted car but they do work with me.

It's not too dark, but front side tint is not allowed at all in NH. I've had the car for 5 months, and now that I think about it, I realized that I never did get an inspection done elsewhere
