CF mirror caps

Hey everyone just wondering if anyone has bought or can direct me to where I can purchase some Carbon fibre mirror caps for my 1M? There's few on eBay just not sure if fitment.

You can buy OEM from any of the online discount dealers selling BMW parts.

I bought a set for my 1M in mid-June of 2015; I paid $238.70 for each side from mybimmerparts.com with free shipping.

The part numbers are: 51-16-2-157-813 and 51-16-2-157-880.

My 1M VO was purchased out of Canada and shipped to Idaho in June of '15. The front bumper underside had been curbed a few times too many, plus there was a scrape on the mirror cover on one side. I elected to replace the bumper and have it painted in a body shop, as this was only marginally more expensive than repairing the trashed bumper whose attachment points had been torn off in 2 of 3 bolt on attachments underneath. It was only a couple hundred more dollars to simply replace the mirror caps with carbon fiber caps, than to fix the one that was scraped, so I elected to do that at the same time as the front bumper was replaced.

One thing to keep in mind is that some of the aftermarket caps are adhesive-backed things that stick onto/over the pre existing ones while the OEM are actual caps that physically replace the non CF ones.
