Help me identify this part

Took my car to an indy to have the oil pan gasket replaced. Upon further inspection it looks like my turbo oil return line is leaking as well as a (solenoid?) on the front of the engine. We are having a hard time finding out exactly what the part is. It is directly above the water pump and I believe it is this

Number 11 in the picture. On the engine picture, it is sticking straight out, just to left of the crank pulley, about the 10 o'clock position. Can anyone comment on if they have seen this part leaking oil before. Thanks

Why not just replace the o ring on it if the sensor is still good.

REALOEM only shows one part number for the whole unit so I'm not sure if just the o-ring is available. Still trying to lock down if this is the cause of the leak, and if other people have had this issue.

According to the pictures you do have the right sensor and area. Doesn't look like there is anything else in the area other than the vanos which is towards the middle and that bracket where the ic pipe mounts too. You can buy a thicker o ring gasket and replace it. I did the same with my map sensor. Installed a thicker one than what oem has and no more boost leak
