Spring Installation - Sydney
If anyone can recommend a good suspension installer to fit springs to a 2016 M3 in Sydney and what it cost, it would be appreciated
I've used Pedder's before and wasn't very happy with the workmanship, experience or care factor...so would be more comfortable with someone familiar with the model of car. Thanks in advance! |

Which springs are u fitting? Why not wait for M performance springs? I'm sure they are not far off. That would be the logical choice for me and get your dealer to fit them. The word around is April release.

Try Stu at BMR Autowerkes.
Most dealers will fit aftermarket ones as well. Dealer here in Perth are fitting ACS springs for me.

BMR without a doubt. Very popular with the M crowd in Sydney, and for all the right reasons.

I was actually surprised that the labour cost they quoted was cheaper than some indie shops I called. (They thought I had genuine BMW brake pads).

I didn't know that there are M Performance ones coming out...any specs you can share on these? If it's April release i can wait for them. Thanks to the other replies, i'll give BMR a call to find out from them! |

http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1191427 From what we know, these are based off the KW HAS kit, but tuned by BMW for their M cars and to work in conjunction with the adaptive suspension. You are also covered by your full factory warranty if fitted by you BMW dealer/specialist. With these you can lower your car in the range of 5mm to 25mm, whatever your taste is. No price and ETA just yet but the talk is they are not far off. My car arrives in April and these tick all the boxes for me so I will check them out upon release. Happy reading. |

We can definitely help with spring install and have installed many H&R kits and the KW HAS kits.
Both have had great feedback. Here is an F80 on H&R springs with 12mm front spacers and 15mm rear spacers Here is an F80 on the KW HAS albeit with aftermarket Vorsteiner 20" wheels |

Liking the H&R drop there. I'm going to wait and see what comes out from M performance catalogue. I like the idea of something oem that works with the adaptive suspension.

P.S. forum members feel free to hit me up for a discount on the KW kit, or a package on H&Rs / KWs installed, usually have one of each in stock. |
