What happens when go flat in performance tires

Guys i am changing my OEM wheels with RFTs to VFF103 wheels with Michelin Pilot SS, the question here is what is going to happen when my performance tire goes flat for any reason?

Just keep a spare tire in the trunk and you'll be fine. I love your solution!

Go to Bimmerzone, look for what you need. Just like the old days, a spare & a jack. Can't get any simpler then that.

Make sure you buy a donut/spare wheel that will fit with your brake system if you have m-sport/performance brakes or any rotor upgrades. To my understanding, wheels need to be at least 18 inches.
