fs; F31 2014 BS 330d msport + ppk

Hi Everyone

The car is currently planned as part of my exchange deal for my new car. I asked about the difference to the deal if the car was traded or if I sold it privately and they said no difference at all, so I figured I'd offer the car here to see if anyone was interested and if not then it doesn't make any difference to me.

So the car is as per title but more detail below.

It is a May 2014 330D F31 in Sapphire Black with black leather and brushed aluminium interior with gloss black finishers at just over 26k miles

BMW options

Msport + pack
Visibility pack
Adaptive suspension
Lumber support
Folding mirrors

Dealer fit options

Black grills
MPerformance front splitter

Other options

AC Schnitzer springs
Nice fog light bulbs and silver indicator bulbs
Tyres, I have the original runflats which were removed at approx. 8k miles so plenty of life left on them (I can check measurements if required). I changed to run the car on MPSS and Michelin Alpin winters.
If I sold the car privately all of these tyres would go in for the buyer.
It is on the winters at the moment but will likely change back onto the runflats shortly in preparation for chopping into the dealers.

The car was detailed and protected with Gtechniq coatings from new inside and out and was redone about October last year.

It recently had four new wheels fitted under warranty and they have been recoated with Gtechniq so are immaculate.

The car is very nice finish wise, there are some small stone chips etc on the front as you'd expect for a car that is actually used but nothing of any real note. The overall finish is very good with almost no swirl mark etc (you can never say none on a black car )

It owes me 24k on the finance so I'd ideally aim for that figure for sale but open to discussion of course.

It will be traded in approximately mid May when the new one arrives but if any interested parties wanted it sooner then I can sort something out.

Any questions feel free to contact me.

That's a nice car at a very nice price, good luck with the sale. What are getting next?

Looking good, virtually the same as mine, best colour, hope it sells well for you.

Did you buy that of Jason at Woolaston? as that's where mine came from

Funny that they've ended up the same from the same dealer. must have good taste in our area PITA to keep nice and clean though
I dealt with Adam at Wollaston by the way.

If the car goes to the dealer then it will have to look like it is currently. The only option is to sell it privately to shut down the finance.

The only things I'll have for sale if it does go to the dealer will be the MPSS, the winters and the ACS springs as the dealer wants to put it back to a BMW standard for warranty etc.

If that's all it's worth, then I dread to think the price on my 2013 325d, even with the good spec on it.

I can see me keeping mine for a few years yet.

Interestingly enough, That's exactly what I got offered for mine £24K, but don't forget that is a P/X dealer price!

OP didn't say he was offered £24k though - says that's what he want's to clear the finance.

I'll bet the stealer has offered a few £k less hence trying to sell it privately to clear the finance

Correct The deal is done so I'm really not too worried either way, i'll be just as happy to drive it in and drive out in the M3 or get a lift in with some cash.

The main difference would be if I sold it privately it might mean that I could stretch the outer limits of my man maths and add an MPE...... that would be a real push though as they'd need to do a good deal on that price!!

Hi Sotonjoe

Yes the car has had some warranty work. There's been a number of parts changed due to me being very particular about the look of the car and any noises etc.

Early on there were some issues with the turbo system which has been completely replaced.

It has also had a new steering rack due to a slight knock that started during cornering. They said that normally they wouldn't have changed it but they knew I wouldn't accept that so saved everyone the time and just changed it

As mentioned there are four new wheels on the car and a new rear light cluster.

The dash and console was rebuilt with felt in the joins to stop creaks etc

But at present the car looks great and drives really well. I'm only changing because they gave me an M3 for the day when it was last in and I realised how much I've missed Petrol cars. That combined with me doing a lot fewer miles than I used to meant that (in my mind anyway ) could justify the M3
