How to fix a handle???

Does anyone know how can I fix my arm handle (the one above my door inside of my car)
It has unloose a little bit...so do I have to change it or is there a screw which I can tighten?

yes there are screws. Here you can see a rough setup

(that link is for the coupe, I dont know if they differ from the sedan)
