Shock/Spring combo for 320i Xdrive?

Hello y'all, I'm completely new to BMWs as an owner (Come from VWs and Hondas), and wanted to know if anyone has the scoop on what Shock/Spring combos are available for the aforementioned chassis. I know there are a limited amount coil overs available, as well as lowering springs. Due to personal preference, I'd rather upgrade the shocks and use lowering springs, as I'm unsure how lowering springs would ride on OE shocks that are valved for OE height and spring rates(if I am totally wrong about this, please correct me), as well as reduced life of the OE shocks. I already spend too much time tinkering with my S2000 coil overs, and would like something more "plug and play"

Thank you for your input and response

H&R sport or super sport seem popular. I believe there is an x-drive specific spring.

Do you have the sport package on the 320? If so, it doesn't lower the car like the RWD variant with sport package.

Dinan has springs that are apparently designed to go hand-in-hand with their Shockware, though you can use Shockware with H&R too I believe.
