Seattle area BMW mod+tuning shops?

I'm looking for a Seattle-area shop that'll install aftermarket performance parts and do tuning on a 340xi. Any shops come to mind ?

Strictly BMW (used to?) be a Dinan shop. Most indies will do things except for tuning (since it's illegal and no-one wants to get fined.)

I'd reccomend Cantrell Motorsports. Great attention to detail and gave me a fair price on FBO. They however do not do any tuning.
