Active Processor Review + AA Exhaust and dyno.
I believe I was one of the first person with the new improved Active Processor. I drove down to Active Autowerke many times. When they first installed it I was amazed with the smoothness and power of the car. At this point I was a very happy customer but they kept informing me of new updated maps and reliability. The final map that they put on is set 13.5psi. After that I ended up getting their exhaust system as it sounded deep and not loud which fits the car perfectly. Then I decided to go Dyno at my friend's shop that I've known for years. The type of dyno used is a Dyno Dynamics.
Here are the results on 93 octane at 13.5psi with Active Processor and AA Exhaust. Not too mention 85F + temp in South Florida!! I was very pleased with the results and power for the boost only being set at 13.5psi. Active Autowerke has done an amazing job installing the exhaust and their customer service is top notch! I recommend them to everyone who is looking for reliability and some good power delivery at the same time. Thanks to Sami, Omar, Karl and anyone there that helped out with the car. |

Either this is a really weird dyno queen map... or it was no dynoed correctly. Im suspecting #2. Please redyno it or take it to a different dyno shop. Preferably dynojet. 368RWHP seems high for 13.5 psi.

Something is not right here. The dyno curve is weird. The person operating the car on the dyno might have let off the throttle at the end ot the car might have shifted gears. I'd love to see a normal dyno graph as well.
Numbers do not make a lot of sence to me for 13.5 psi tune. |

Just talked with my friend who dynoed the car and said the power drop off was due that the car wasn't strapped and let off around 5500rpm because the car was coming off the dyno. I have a manual and this was done in 4th gear. I will be dynoing again shortly with 93 octane and 100 octane map. The car is definitely pulling hard up top as well.

Hello,
This was actually more of a custom map for this customer. The final map is more on par with the one in the "Official Thread". As far as the dyno readings, I just spoke with one of our engineers who confirm that something must have been wrong with the operating procedures. Not sure if he let off early or something.... Frenchy can explain how it feels.. |

I will say when I had the AA Custom map on my car the first few dynos I had looked very similar, until I bought their I/C. The I/C really helps the car pull better till redline.

The numbers seem to be super high. It would be putting down around 400 - 420+ whp on a dynojet (they read about 10%-15% higher.. in some instances they read upwards of 20% higher)... at only 13.5psi (and an exhaust).
