Exclamation TPMS Short - How to reset with Tool32

Hello all!

So after running around with no Daytime running lights on the driver side, with the help of the How-tos on this fourm I was ablw to finally get my K+DCAN cable and install of INPA and tool32 working and was able to fix it! THANK YOU!

Now on to my next problem:

The rat nest of wiring that shorted the driver's side light also shorted the TPMS module that lives in the front driver's wheel well. I went ahead and also fixed that but it keeps showing as inactive. I'm guessing after 50 start up it also is being shut off (tho I am not sure if it runs on same FRM logic or even runs thru it).

So my question is now that I have fixed the wiring short, how do I reset the TPMS signal? The light circuit reset are easy to find via google having trouble with this. Would clearing the codes do the trick?

Thank you,

Have you checked for power at the TPMS module itself? Check the fuse.

Have you checked the battery level in each of the wheel sensors? They typically only last 4-5 years. Any tire store can scan the sensors and read remaining battery life.
