Agreed. Don't make it look like something it's not. Appreciate the effort to create these for people that want them but I wouldn't sport them on my car.

The M mirrors are longer and proportioned, these look a like caps look weird.

If they fit, would love to see a real M4 mirror on an M2 like the initial sketches.

Taste is subjective. You know how some kids wore real Air Jordans? And some kids wore the fake XJ-9000 shoes from Payless Shoe Source that were made to look like Air Jordans?

That's what these mirrors are. Fake Air Jordans on the BMW M2.

Besides, that extra chunk of plastic on the top doesn't do anything more than create additional drag.

I don't believe anyone adding this is concerned about wind noise or drag... In fact I think you would be hard pressed to find any "cosmetic" mod that was functional and reduced drag. To me it looks better. I would do it. And I would tint the turn signal. Ever since I was a kid, M cars had signature M mirrors. Heck even the sketch of the concept had it. To me, this car was supposed to have them but they kept costs low as possible. But I know I'm beating a dead horse around here.

Short of an extremely cost prohibitive M4 mirror retrofit, I really think this looks great. Still would love to see more photos of it and some with the tinted turn signal.
