Muffler delete single exit

Decided to do the muffler delete. V1 is just a single exit. The car is only two days old and has just over 100 miles Not sure its going to stay this way but for now look at the photos to get an idea on the singe exit.

Measured pipe it was a confirmed 3" OD ordered a pre-bent mandrel 3" chevy tail pipe assembly to cut and use the bends to my liking. Cheaper and easier then buying u-bends. Also used tip part#ss102-1L Since its roll formed on the inside to fit a smaller 2.25" cut the back side to the larger 3" and used the pipe expander to fit over the 3" pipe. Had to use one small section coupler but it was expected. Anyway I wanted to make the exit as free flowing and without some of the bends that I have seen on this forum. Its been 10+ years since last playing with a turbo car.

If I decide to run a dual exhaust set up I will use something along this line to keep a nice clean flow http://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-...w/MF10778.html

Nicely done. I'm guessing you weren't worried about the heat where there isn't any shielding. when you have time can you make a sound clip?

All cat backs are legal in California.

It won't get hot enough to do anything but I will monitor it when it hit the track.

I'll try and get a sound clip shortly. Honestly sounds just like all the other muffler deletes here does not matter if it's twin tip or single as its a single pipe from the cat back.

Adding this here in case anyone else was going single exit. Gives it a really deep tone and picks up at higher Rpm's.
