The 330i is a great car and amazing value. The N52 engine is truly one of BMW's best, super smooth, capable of high mileage and very reliable. Last of the NA engines |

During my recent search I viewed a similar spec & mileage manual SE at a dealer who was asking £5495 and wouldn't budge a solitary groat on the price.
I have to say the car wasn't well presented but did have full history and a 3 month warranty. If yours is in above average condition from what I saw around I would consider asking around £6k for a private sale - I paid £4.6k for 2006 325i msport, no leather or nav with 103k miles 10 days ago. Mine is mechanically superb but a little more chippy on the bonnet than I first realised - do love it though despite it's thirst after my 530d |

Edit: Just seen your location. Its irrelevant what someone paid in one country to another because markets vary. Better of asking someone in your own vicinity. Last edited by imy; 04-28-2016 at 07:33 AM.. |

Oh I know - it was purely out of curiosity to see what it would be worth in the country that it was purchased. When I brought it back to NZ in mid 2013, the 335i was particularly rare here - especially M Sport sedans, and even more so manuals. In fact, I did a check with the LVTA, and there are, believe it or not, still only 3 manual 335is in NZ. Nowadays there are plenty of auto SE coupes and sedans (and some M Sports) around due to Japanese imports coming in, so the value has dropped, but I would think that having a manual makes it a touch more special than all the steptronic SE coupes floating around.
